CELEBRATIONS DURING AMERICAN FOOTBALL MATCH CAUSES MINOR EARTHQUAKE

Adrenaline pumped fans celebrated so hard that they caused an earthquake, a mild one but an earthqake nonetheless.

The American football match,at Centurylink field, between Seatlle Seahawks and New Orleans Saints was the venue of this bizarre sports-geological phenomena.

The first quarter touchdown led to celebrations which the Pacific Northwest Seismic Network measured on the Richter scale between 1 and 2.

This game also set a Guiness record for noise at 137.6 decibels (sound of a jet engine at 100 ft.)
